My thoughts on Veganism Part 3/3

My thoughts on Veganism Part 3/3

Posted on Leave a comment

Read the second part here. Or better yet – begin from Part one.

Previously, I shared my admitted praises towards Veganism. They respect and recognises Economics; from both numerically and statistically pragmatic realisations that – effective global-wide food supply sustainability – must inevitably be overseen via Quantified means of production and distribution.

But no, my thoughts are not finished yet. Because I’m still seeing helpless (perhaps subjectively dying) people who still persists on fighting the “good” fight. Blindly and anxiously – towards the “moststatistically-simplistic-solution.”

My concern thus still persists at witnessing those constricting such a pedestrian mindset. Either one extreme way or another. “Mission” or “Submission”. Without cycling inbetween realms of one to another as self-brainstorming processes.

Hence why I am extending this feature write up into three sections. Because after all we’ve come nearing to a conclusion. That “conclusion” is my proposed array of “solution/s” and reminder/s.

Again and again – No, I am not an engineer, scientist or chemist so decoratively labelled with labels BsC, Hnr, PhD, Proff, Gnr, Cmd, Dr. Md, Sr., Snr in front of my name claiming to know all there is at solving the World’s Problems. I have won absolutely no medals of “prestige”, or of “honor”throughout much of my life be it from childhood all the way to at present as I am typing this. Irrespective if readers are to “take it” or “leave it”. I can’t speak for every’body’ and hence shall leave everything I write here for others to pragmatically submit and willingly own – their own consequences for affirmed transitions away from Pedestrian Normalcy and excess Institutionalisation.

Well, given my love affair with disclaimer is once again complete – let us begin.

My thoughts on Veganism Part 3/3 - Solution & Reminders

What ‘do’ we do? (Long Term)

The most difficult thing/s – first. Telling someone what to “do” assumes a series of plan/s, or oversights at addressing an ever present concern, or a looming – predicament.

Suffice to say to trigger such curiosity is to ask ourselves a question. How do we best quell our differences besides prolonged anger, contempt and divisions?

My answers to that comes in three variations. All of them bear the same thing. The word “leave“.

1/3

Leave us alone. Leave each other – alone.

Let us dissect what a ” solution” means. It is all but merely a “matter” of dissolve from two or more matters – into one.

Absorb, contain and keep whatever you feel that is relevant and sufficient to “you”. But don’t throw the “rest” against others just to rationalise your belief why “this” or “that other” solution is not working on any-body – other than your own.

For many whom are vegan reading this – “us” also mean – fellow human beings. Do not extrapolate, towards many other physiologies as a gospel – simply from the basis of your own experiment – as Correctness Hierarchy (more on this later).

2/3

Leave Nature to their own rightful, variable  interpretation of “chaos”. Exercise “Creativity” and “Egos” – with caution.

We have no right to keep tinkering or excessively trespassing or bypassing Nature’s symbiotic processes and/or dare to re-coordinate “Chaos” through emotions.

Why am I so drawn to seeing volcanoes erupting or the force of that of an impending black hole, swallowing entire stars? It’s powerful. Fascinating. Thrill. Yet only – In the visualised safety and Creativity – of documentaries. Yet if I am “out there”? Extremely frightening. An assuredly – deadly outcome should I were helplessly contextualised within such force of chaos.

“Creativity” is insidiously akin to pornography. The chasing of something at a decrement of something else.

Creativity can however be deadly. Within sky-high penthouses and corporate glass walls receptions – the notion of “Death” increasingly becomes no object of fear if insured by “money” – however accumulating the higher floor you sit on from each every pay rise once a year. To borrow from Gordon Gecko – “Greed” is “good”.

In the minds of CEOs in sharp tailored suits and leather briefcases – greed “works” as both panacea and insurance against Death itself. Before then all the Nature’s side effects – rise in Triglycerides, gluttony, inflammation, anxiety, drug abuses and brain damage beneath all that tailored fabric takes over.

Hence, Creativity; through “market efficiency”.Why do you think the most ruthless investors have brain damage?

We also then have to question our egos from sparking our creativity in the first place.

Why do people keep trying to climb the world’s highest peak? Yet many dies on their way down? Who or what are we really doing this for? In the name of “Moral” charity?” or “Who-dares-wins”? Are our (almost fetish-like) Thrill-seeking egos really are that powerful over Nature itself?

“Who-Dares-Wins” or “X-Factor” needs no life long audience. Likewise, “The Guinness Book of Records” only records egoistic, numeric fetishes of just simply that – “Record” best event.

You can down over gallons of apple juices, 25 bananas per day, a crate of watermelons per day – just to evidently prove you do not get diabetic from all that fructose intake. Flawless victory. Now do we need to further weaponise our egos based on that prowess / feat? Is your own proof of n=1 a deservedly extrapolated rationality against others who differ to your pursuits simply from not consuming that much fruits?

Are you thus a model of “needs”? or a model of “wants”?

All these distractions coerces us to make comparisons; playing with us, teasing us, flirting with us – to inch and change our interpretations so insidiously – from wants to needs. And needs – to wants.

3/3

Let all “distractions” go. Let “them” – they-“selves” – implode on their own narcisism.

Stop Comparing one self against another, as I wrote in my book all along over and over again.

Be your own – Self-Authentic potentialities and respectful limitations. Even if you are a preparing for a body building contest show despite plummeting thyroid levels, low body temperature, sky-high cortisol levels – respect your limits.

Each of us have to think individually on our own two feet and one brain, not on behalf of others eight billion (and counting) legs arms and brains – all at reconciling what enough means at an individual level.  This involves being pragmatic. Such as me eating deplorable year-expired TVP to make way for the next mortgage payment. If adverse effects occur, note them firmly in mind or in paper, explore and instigate what has been missed previously.

Revise. And repeat.

What ‘can’ we do ‘right-now’? (Short Term)

Now, asking what we “can”  do – assumes that something is already in some remote capacity – available within all of us. However of course – “can” is a temporary affirmation and thus – likely resorted out of resources subject to cyclical interpretations between what is  pragmatically possible and what’s not so possible.

…And that “Resource”? It’s already biologically potentiated within all of us.

1/∞

Hence, I hereby propose immediate solution for all – to consider Intermittent Fasting.

‘It’ does not ‘discriminate’ whether you are a vegan or not. All is left at your own metabolic and physiological conditioning – over what you’ve consumed thus far.

Following from our long-term “solution” – simply “leave” what “Nature” knows best.  Try leaving all “selves” – on their own accord. Short term, cyclical basis.

….And remain objectively content and focused towards your own daily meritocracies.

Fear is temporary. But set all your priorities – as your alleviations to Fear itself.

For many people, skipping meals is akin to rebelling against religion. Yes, I know – “fear” is analogous to any experiences unexplored. Simply a way of life and sustenance; uncharted.

Indeed, for the many unacquainted  – fasting brings about all sorts of “fears” – in form of impeding, and prolonged – hunger. Because they most likely associate hunger with notion of consuming food to pass the “time” itself. Fasting is indeed – a whollistical state of painful realisation during training session/s, exhiliration of ups and downs as you clear your To-Do lists and Inbox, and then mix it all off with state of “nothingness” both in mind and stomach – all of these; happening in any given day.

A convoluted and confusing suggestion I know. But just as I implore years beforehand – “Ketosis” – like fasting – is a moment of neutrality and consistent realisation at keeping questions over what you can or cannot – do. Hour to hour. Day to day.

Regardless, at first I thought all this Fasting is simply impossible. Yet inevitably with trials and errors long forgotten since dawn of Christmas morning in 2017 (whilst everyone still  hungover) – five months forward I managed to break my  very first 19 hours+ fasting break time ever on my life. On my 33rd birthday.

Fasting reinforces and reminds – that food is a reward pending to help presently reconcile and rationalise – what life is. You will get to eat. After all, my book implores – that “food” rationalises and compartmentalises everything there is within you at interpreting everything of life as they currently manifest. Hence, a symbiosis of both in-terpretation and re-manifestation.

That…. is all I offer as clues on what “to” (Implying Long Term) and what we “can” (Implying Short Term) – consider as possible solutions.

Next, I offer something else as further reminder to us all what Violence and Peace – laterally means.

My thoughts on Veganism Part 3/3 - Solution & Reminders
Alyona Dlusskaya @ Pexels.com

“Peace” is Contextual sufficiency.

I have written in my Book that “Violence” is the end pathological manifestation – that something is nutritionally – unfulfilled from achieving all microcosmic biological systems needed to thus act live and homeostatically survive – on its own accord.

Like a candle helpless if exposed against the wind. But hope springs anew if enclosed and nurtured contextually in peace – away from threats and/or forces beyond its dimming capacity.

For any “agreement” to occur – multiple things must be mutually met and fulfilled through principles of sufficiencies. Any biological interpretation of “enough” however; is bound to vary. Anything affects everything. Both directly and indirectly. Anything from outside in – triggers the rest from inside out.

External quantified influences – seem to control more of our own consciousness than us ourselves – controlling each of them as our own. Our definition of “enough” further tainted and governed by opinions of the populace.

A resulting Sociology which we no longer respect other human beings as sapients. But as numerics (or instrumental “capital”) to control and coerce just for Quantifying each of our own Survivorship validations. The more numbers? The better. All “Numbers” if somewhat extremely helpful to an Economist – remain deceiving and elusive.

Interestingly – Nature has “no say” or “interpretation” what numbers is. Many discussion/s rightfully puts this concern to the spotlight – are “numbers” – an evolutionary product of culture?

However, only human beings have the capacity to use this knowledge of Economics and Mathematics – as opportunist contempts for dominance. All contempts breeds divisions. The more we distance ourselves away over beliefs or disbeliefs –  the more seemingly discontent we end up as a result that we already are seeing today – as righteousness / “Correctness” hierarchy.

What does all this have to do with Veganism? We must remain attuned to Reality based onto each one and our only self contained “selves”. “Morality”; whilst appealing and convincing –  is only an extension of interpretive faith from one’s favor against others.

“Peace” is potentiated within each and everyone of our own seven billion and counting – physiologies.

To say that you need everyone else to agree with you, however – is coercion. Utterly helpless, and violent – coercion.

Thus, “Violence” is Contextual Insufficiency.

To further coerce is not Unity. It implies hint and beginning thirsts & fantasy – for Tyranny.

I worry that what we’ve consumed becomes a remanifestation to further rationalising – warring thoughts as moral supremacy. This to me hints that greed – is somehow built into the unnourished psyche of the insecure. Yes, I understand that Veganism “speaks on behalf” of all animal kingdom, yet “kingdom” in the interpretations of Nature – has no hierarchy. Yet we imbue it with such methaphors anyway to characterise and sentimentalise everything to the point whereby everything has a level of “correctness”.

Once again, Correctness Hierarchy.

The world thus today truly saddens me, even without knowing the identities of the victims involved; entire families, omni-eating families – are continuously threatened by individuals claiming as “social justice” cells.

Perhaps they – those Social Justice “cells” – have been granted (either by “rank” or by populist “votes”)  some righteous powers acting on behalf of Humanity as “Thought Police” – much akin to Orwell’s “1984”.

If Veganism feels “right” for anyone reading this far – then I expect them to remain authentically Content; without ever the need to Contempt – over others differing nutritive exploration/s towards finding their own contextual synergies. Own and instigate your Own conflicts.

But do not ever dare to try – harmonise or contain – contextual chaos outside your confidence.

A final yet sombre thought…

A “Sapient” is beyond a shorthand, anthropological reference to human ancestors. It’s a reminder to who we are potentially as wise – being/s.

However, suppose if we have a technology to transport a Neanderthal to our present day…

…He’d fell shocked at how uncooperative, and distant we really are against each other. Scratching his head in convolution; for witnessing that we are their future reflection. Their pending, future selves.

“Vegans” or not – they just shared resources. Meats. Bones. Milk. Fruits. Vegetables. Tubers. Dietary “Movement?”, “Ideology?”, “Religion”? The primal man likely stays silent. For he’d simply survived – through exchanging and meeting each other’s primal admissions and principles.

Looking at our present world – I’d wager – he’d not look forward for whatever “news” he brings back to the village.

My thoughts on Veganism Part 2/3

Posted on Leave a comment

This is the second out of three part feature. Read the first part here.

Previously, I may have sounded somewhat harsh as I transparently dispel all there is of “moral” virtuosity within Veganism.

I concluded that Morality as an idealism amongst Vegetarian or plant based way of living – is interpretively fixated in one direction. Such that “Morality” towards “pro-life”; despite its alluringly emotive – such pursuit ironically dismisses the nuanced yet sensitive-connectivities behind “Reality” itself. I remind that all realms of “consumption” indeed reconciles this “connectedness” as such to that of a process – inseparably known as Death and remanifestation; hence both compartmentalising the very word “Predator”. That is – something has predated towards the manifestation of something else.

I thus encouraged that “Morality” and “Reality” despite attached onto one same coin (“The Earth”)  cannot be easily nor binarily constricted towards handful of “good” vs “bad” observational sentimentalities. The more Moral emotions submitted, the greater accumulutive ignorance we egoistically rely on “willpower” to ignore the side effects. Eg. Micro nutrient imbalances, deficiencies, etc.

Despite all the above – this time, I’ve decided to be fair. For a change. For that there is some hope amongst the believers and followers of Veganism.

Here I present two (2) possible merits which are not so often shared or discussed laterally in today’s Pedestrian tabloids.

1/2

They understand Economics.

The first out of two significant praises I have towards Veganism is perhaps the most relateable. They truly understand Economics from the most pragmatic of all senses.

I remain at times convinced, in and out – believing that Resource Based Economy would largely revolves around Veganism. The exponential evolution of Technology after all cannot be stopped; coincidentally easing Human burdens from excess labour towards Agriculture and food production. Instead we will have  3D food printing, Artificial Intelligences, vertical farming all the way to livestock cloning or lab-grown proteins.

“Boredom” within any nutritional interventions will inevitably accumulate as is also – a concern towards over-biasing within one whollistic group of nutrients. Hence I welcome palatable diversity; out of cyclical contexts – in that all realms of Nutrition must pragmatically offer variety – despite “frugality” as emphasized within the title of my very own book. I have thus on occasions praised Pea Proteins Isolates repeatedly throughout my book, including a potential dessert recipe, and a meat loaf substitute recipe.

Quantitatively, once again, Veganism truly recognises the importance of this in first and last word. My $25-$27 weekly budgets (with $35-$40 every 3 week replenishment purchasing) would not have been possible without eating my year-expired TVP. I am absolutely sold. Truly, by the much lesser accessibility cost/s. Even allowing period for refeeds after five days of 17-20 hour fasts WITH training on top.

…But from each and every proud “milestone” – is this blissful ignorance? Regardless how we interpret “Economics” – there is always something worth more qualitatively – running ever more scarce in the background – giving me a false sense of confidence.

What I actually eat (Keto Lacto-Ovo Vegan) $20-$25 per week

Qualitatively speaking – does Veganism suffice?

Unfortunately, somewhat worrisome, yet to be fair – still somewhat unconclusive. Not all my prior experiences within of SKD Keto/Lacto-Ovo Vegan experiences have instilled me any more “confidence” to offer any way of “conclusion”. But I will say this, such a challenge from eliminating what was once a homeostatic “default” – is a physiological compromise in trade – for Morality.

Given the effects I myself accumulated from such interventions. From (in order of biggest perceived change) – complete lack of taste perceptibility (requiring me to seriously dosing back up the Zinc), distinct lack of food rewarding responses (a hint of gut microbiome change), and then that hard to describe sluggishness – head, lower back and toe – from high fruits consumption (during carb refeeds) – to curious muscle damages and joint recovery disappointments I couldn’t help but noticed throughout my own training journal.

To this day I remain even convincingly worried – that despite 4000+ cals glycogen / caloric refeed across 48 hours on weekends – my weekday training recovery still aren’t as effective compared from recent memory.

To be quite specific – recently, I have had some very curious rib cage pains along the left side after having predominantly re-introduced TVP’s and more Pea Meat Loafs into my KETO/LC + IF regiment days for close to a month and half as I’m writing this. I have changed not a single supplementation regiment, nor a micro nutrient regiment, nor a training regiment accross four days of hell 5×5-6×6 depletion training. Stretching the pectorals against the wall flat during 6×6 volume / 10+ exercises triggered this immensely for weeks on end, despite liberal sardine, combined linseed and fish oils O-3 and baby aspirin (preworkout) intakes.

As I reintroduced meats again, all the prior adverse effects, seemed to somehow lessened.

Quantitatively speaking – does Veganism suffice?

This is where I will say yes.

Despite the somewhat above worrying signs I myself noted. To this day however I still am exploring and avoiding anything within plant-based that adversely impacts my physiology. One food at a time. I would, that is – willingly- continue to stay explorative within this mindset. FODMAPs are already complicated and confusing as it is to truly bring me back up during refeed days. And then knowing what to eat during that 17-20 hour fasting weekdays? Becomes even more crucial – as my body depletes every enzymes activity down to a minimum. How much potassium is there I’ve accumulated from TVP? And how should I balance it? How is my fat soluble intake vitamins has been managed so far? So on and so forth.

Regardless, Veganism encourages a new layer of brave acceptances.  Eating less meat made me realise pragmatically one thing – despite my above worrying signs – there are always substitutions towards a need or a purpose to sustain or to rationalise my need for objectivist homeostasis.

Even if it does not completely fulfils favourably towards all contexts, and circumstances.

They praise & embrace – Cognitive Dissonance.

….No differently to us meat based or flexitarian eaters. I am not being comical nor am I being sarcastic.

This is simply how I view Vegans no more transparently than my very own life; through my own lens. We far too often react as knee-jerk reactions. As with anything “bad” at first sight – it is incredibly difficult to highlight “the good” away without first seeing the moral pitchforks and/or death threats.

It seems that no matter how much “facts” they are thrown at in one way or another – or how much scare-ware + fear mongering out there regardless if it’s “Science” printed all over each and every notable deficiencies amongst vegetarianism: Zinc. Iron, Carnitine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6  (interestingly zinc, B6 and magnesium are required for optimal enough stomach acidity; to safeguard against H. Pylori infection. )Vitamin K2 (even I’m bound in trouble with this due to K1 focused intakes / regular K2 supplement can be costly), Taurine, and Creatine (not just for muscle, but liver and neuro-protective)…

…they don’t care.

Such emotions and persistence so strict that despite real people, babies, including animals themselves (my heart nearly sank) –  whom all have claimed Near-Death-Experiences – having fed vegetarian / plant based eating….yet witnessing these evidences still not causes a single twitch.

No hesitations. No internal remorse. No regrets. Whatsoever. <Keeps marching forward.>

With next to none social obligatory ecosystems – I have been assured few times by academically minded individuals, including masters degree holders in multiple fields of Medicine and Science – that cancer incident rates amongst Vegetarians are no different to meat eaters.

“Nope”. “Preposterous.”.  “I’m still breathing fine, nothing wrong with that!”…And that is where I will admit – such affirmations are actually a convincing evidence of strength.

I’d praise it. Though be careful not to overstay one’s ego – as to how or where you emit such prowess of strength. Is it for your”-self” or against others whom you suspect “infidels” simply because they do not coincide with your opinion?

Is it because we rely so much from others Survivorship “experiences” as nothing more than a “driver” to motivate our own experiences? If we achieve the same result… voila, coincidental. If not, then why keep fighting “the good” fight? You are you. Not others. “You” are wherever, whatever, and however – you are to your present “being”.

Once again I give my merit. Absolute merit. Without sarcasm nor any other motives than me for admitting such merit – that Vegans – are as stubbornly immune as any ordinary human being so consumed at defending a moralist purpose; against anything opposing their idealism.

This Is™ Humility Pea Protein Meat Loaf

Stubborness to preserve good will despite pain is persistence.

…And that is once again – nothing more but a resilient evidence of persistence. It appears more convincingly too – that I am no different if I were being shoved at another LDL-causes-heart-attacks studies.

Except for as long as of course…Vegetarians or meat eaters – I implore they do not turn nor remanifest Morality into a weapon of mass contempts. Writing deceptive click-baits for attention’s sake; for instance.

This concludes part 2 out of 3 of my thoughts on Veganism. Go here for the end part.

My thoughts on Veganism Part 1/3

Posted on Leave a comment

This originally was planned to be part of my revisited TVP prepping & marinating article. However to maintain readability I feel compelled to split them as another feature write up in two  three parts.

No, this article is not a repeat viral sharing of the surrounding “dangers” of veganism nor is it for spreading gluten-fuelled mock meats alarmist scare-ware. Nor is it an attempt at extrapolating fears out of Soylent Green.

…And neither that this article was “emotionally” vested or influenced; evidently from the viral campaigns we see today.

Eg. Vegan 2015 / Vegan 2016 / Vegan 2017 / Vegan 2018, or the next Vegan 2019, the next Vegan 2020, 2021, 2022, so on and so forth to infinity – moving pictures.

We get it. I get it. I have indeed watched Food, inc, and that made me question everything.

This article is to simply implore my positioning of neutrality; from a bird’s eye view. Hence, I assert that everyone read through this, top to bottom irrespective of their pre-conceived notions or expectations. Hopefully, you can draw your own conclusion besides my own – that is –

Leave everyone alone. That’s it. close this browser window. Get on with your own lives.

Oh wait, many people still want “more” explanation. They won’t rest until they “fight the good fight”.

Very well. We’ll see, by the end of this article if it is even worth fighting this moral fight over “food”.

“Us” against “you”.

Watch the above “debate”. Two vegans against one.

The successful outcome of all “debates” is the resulting evidences that of winners (survivor) and the losers (pending for “change”). Irrespective, a virtuous notion of a belief, or solution, or strategy –  largely revolves around the recoordination of disordered subjectivities (Chaos) – into concise and more concise-“er” – objectivities (Order).

What seems concise thus seemed to be rationally direct. What is “rational” therefore requires it to be visually validated by whomever as direct witnesses.

Hence, the voting system. From whatever is won, achieved, and/or conquered – something “else” as a consequence becomes less desired. Less visible. Less seen. Hence  Survivorship Bias.

The “losers” are simply left to redeem themselves for change or to await coercive, submission.  Either way, it all appeals towards only one bias. To succumb to order of authority. Or to the strategy of correctness faith as devised – by the Survivors.

To their’s eyes (the winning veganists) – their thought pattern is likely as follows: It’s not “us” or “our’s” fault to blame for any persisting frictions between contrasting conviction/s.

…”it’s the individuals’ “me” or “you” – who seemingly remains as the remaining “problem”.

A dystopia; with “good” intent.

Veganism is now a political ‘ism’.That’s right. Dare I say it. Fit or die.

We’re nearing 7.75 billion. Yup, nearing figure eight – billion. Suppose we built a city out of this intent. Is it possible yet? We already have a city fully politicised by veganism. I am indeed moved, Morally speaking.

Suppose now we’re approaching at a breaking point – for contemplating to legislate everyone in divisive “class” morality warfare. Imagine each individual’s access and rights to living are, bound by these new law/s – confounded and Structured by simply – their way and belief of eating.

But what if “good” intent is met with impractical needs of reality?

(COMPANY NAME BLURRED) Am I supposed to feel "morally" uplifted by seeing this SEO heading?
(COMPANY NAME BLURRED) Am I supposed to feel “morally” uplifted by seeing this SEO heading?

If a vegetarian wishes to invest in a property he/she shall not invest in a home or property if their building aren’t sanctified or blessed, or built by vegetarian builders and/or employees pertaining towards cruelty-free charter. If meat eaters wishes to file an insurance claim he/she shall be denied – if events pertaining within each claim of damage or predicament involves moral damage to the ethical beliefs or codex of cruelty-free living.

Impossible? In my own helpless conviction – all the more Realistic.

Why? I call it a futile effort no more differently than establishing yet another Religion.

Amritanshu Sikdar / unsplash.com

Ecological Martyrdom.

I can already  hear the screams (the keyboard-totting, SJW pitchforks). But those screams are still amongst the living. Thus emotively concerns only the living. What about those amongst the dead? In the context of Veganism, Death, indeed is a victimhood attachment, an emotive permission to arm against the perpetrators.

This involves as a result – placing both flora and fauna on a protective pedestal. Call it the Noah’s Ark, if you will. A shelter for all beings. All creatures big and small. From seeds to the chickens. From cattles to the ants. From the giant crocodiles to hyenas and vultures. Include everyone here. Include humans, too.

….Once again, a virtuous nobility indeed. I am in”deed” sold. Alas also I feel guilty and remorseful at the same time to have been granted “life” in the first place.

Because my identity is already (involuntarily speaking) am such another perpetrator to the ecosystem. Yet also, they; the “animals” – be it predators or carnivores – need to somehow consume. Somehow, without “guilt”.

What or how does the Realist Nature has to say of all this? Nature has no recognitions of “guilt” nor “perpetrators” once we place ourselves in this “dome” – this Noah’s Ark. The grass the cow eats were in just as much pain as the prey being overwhelmed by the lion. Perhaps I’d think twice from cooking that spinach; even if that offers me a more favourable macronutrient

Hence, we all contribute towards Ecological Martyrdom. Everything – involves “pain” for the sustenance of something else.

So do we all need to congregate and band-up together against all infidels regardless of “what” they eat? No. Quite a silly prospect if you ask me. Yet the moral allures of saving every-single-thing; remains an undying gospel amongst veganism.

Morality VS Reality & the true concept of “Predator”.

“Morality” is often an influence (or affluence) one looks up to almost anything in regards to Veganism. Purity, nobility and preservation. Indeed these are VERY ideal outcomes. This is sadly – a wishful, speculation that everything is malleable as accordingly to his or her own free “will”.

“Reality” on the other hand – has no interpretation of “wills”. For each and every outcome of reality – rely upon Primal Admissions and instincts served as its witnesses. Us. Our hormones.

Consider the word “Predator“. Deconstruct it. Explore every one of its connected definitions and how closely it resembles to “Time”.

In conjunction to my prior assertion of Ecological Martyrdom – all “life” are obligatory Predators. No exceptions. The concept of “Time” itself after all – is what “Predates” one thing before – everything else leading to life, the earth, any organic “matter” – to their current objectivist manifestations. I can only hope we shall agree – that something has died or being predated before it – for something else – to progress.

See if nature possess any “Morality”, or recognises binary or conscious expressions of “Respect”, or “harmless” from all forces of geology and astronomy. Natural disasters, meteor strikes, solar flares, earthquakes, tectonic plates movements, volcanoes, thunderstorms. Or Cycles between day or night. Moments of cellular oxidations, growth, decline and decomposition.

Is it nature’s “morality” at fault therefore – being the sole cause of our deaths in the above ensuing events? No. It just speaks on its own accord.

Tj Hollowaychuk / unsplash.com

Veganism – assumes dignified control of all flora and fauna’s “senses”. Human or not human.

Picture a grass sitting happily. If the grass sits happily growing; that is “growing” – assuming that it NEEDS to be left as is to thus “succeed” in  growing, on its own accord…yet all of a sudden then it is involuntarily chewed out by the cows. Should we blame the cow then – for being the perpetrators for the death of the grass?

Alas, veganism defends this as “there are exceptions”. Or that sentient beings have more superior feelings. Great. Correctness hierarchy here we go again.

What about plants who are by their inherent nature – carnivorous and extremely deadly to organic beings? Aren’t they sentient too? Can we speak on behalf of their’s “morality” therefore as to why they are such and such – dangerous to mammals? Can we thus say to these plants – “not to eat this and that?” All we’d get is a blank stare.

Now what if we’re facing a lion? A Great White Shark? Or a Vulture?

I am yet to have faced a rebuttal. I can imagine they’d run for their lives. Me too.

Yet, I save the best question for last,

What or how can we explain why there are ex-vegans? Do all other concerning vegans still own these ex-vegans authority and authenticity over their decisions?

If it were me – “who cares”. Or  simply I don’t know”. I don’t speak for each of them. I do not own their contexts.

Yet condescendingly, veganism purportedly believe they still own what is rightful on behalf of all indifferences within everyone next to them, in front of them and underneath – them.

Whilst threatening fellow human beings. Including ex-vegans.

The mind boggles.

Morality Subscription = Reality Compromises. At the very least – a merit of Veganism is that of a morality march of preservative good will and nobility, at a somewhat accumulative dire cost at neglecting the much more nuanced side effects – of reality.
Go here for Part 2!
